A Pathway Guide is available to provide support to individuals on Medication Assisted Treatment (MAT) and those contemplating or waiting to get into a MAT program for recovery from an opioid use disorder.

 A Pathway Guide:

  • Empowers a person to overcome obstacles to recovery

  • Links the newly recovering person to the recovery community

  • Acts as a resource broker connecting recovering people to available assistance & programs in the community

  • Supports the recovering person in their chosen pathway to recovery
