Our Health and Wellness Program is dedicated to supporting individuals through mind, body, and spirit.  Our mission is to empower individuals to build on their recovery through a holistic approach to health by promoting community connection, bodies in motion, and nourishment of mind, body, and spirit.

Health & Wellness Program offerings include:

  • State-of-the-art gym and fitness facility

  • Yoga

  • Mindfulness groups

  • Acupuncture & AcuDetox

  • Tobacco cessation workshops

  • Healing arts

  • Reiki

  • Open drop-in hours for discussion, support, and guided fitness and equipment instruction in a non-judgmental environment

  • The Phoenix Sober Active Community

  • Arts and Music Workshops such as Writers for Recovery, Create with Clay, Music Jam Sessions and more!
